Working closely with the CFO, scope includes management of all centralized accounting functions including G/L, A/P, A/R and Payroll for all four of the Marr entities as well as accounting functions for Marr Trusts, Partnerships and LLC. This involves responsibility for maintaining proper accounting records from book of original entry through the issue of timely, accurate, complete Financial Statements. Includes management of accounting staff, establishment and maintenance of proper procedures, government submittals, tax preparations and audits.
Four-year Accounting/Business degree required with 5-7 years’ experience in all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management. Construction and/or Equipment distribution/rental industries is preferred. Strong experience in accounting software, preferably SAGE 100 is necessary.
DRAFTSMAN / ASSOCIATE ENGINEER
Work with the Chief Engineer to prepare proposal designs and CAD drawings. Assist the Project Managers by matching equipment to project needs.
Essential Functions include:
• Understanding of CAD software.
• Understanding of Engineering Principles and how to incorporate into construction/product design.
• Capability to problem solve following established procedures.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Produce working drawings for client.
• Work closely with Project Managers.
• Assist in maintenance of electronic document library.
Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree required with focus in CAD along with two years’ experience in civil or structural engineering. Experience with statistics and mechanics is a plus. Experience in the construction industry is also desirable.
AERIAL LIFT INSIDE SALES & RENTAL COORDINATOR
Candidate must be team oriented with solid communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Responsibilities include inventory control, coordination of deliveries and scheduling of customer orders. Attention to detail is a must. General knowledge of construction equipment is preferred.
SCAFFOLDING / HYDRO MOBILE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Seeking a well-organized, aggressive Construction Rental/Sales Representative to work for our Scaffold Division.
Requirements: Experienced salesperson with extensive scaffold and/or Mast Climber knowledge including all safety aspects. Requires ability to estimate jobs and educate clients. Min. 3 years sales experience. Strong communication skills required. Self-starter with customer service orientation necessary.
