Eric Stalmon Receives AGC Safety Leadership Award

On October 24th, the AGC of MA presented Eric with its inaugural Safety Leadership Award before a large crowd of members at the 2019 Build New England Awards at the Intercontinental Hotel. In presenting the award, AGC staffer Emily Sheedy spoke of the work Eric has done to benefit the local industry through his valued participation in the AGC.

Quoting Val Stone, another AGC Safety Committee Member and close colleague of Eric’s, Emily said,

“Eric’s wealth of knowledge, his experience and his initiative to solve problems with creative ideas are what make him such an asset to the construction industry.” She went on to say that, “With his generosity of time teaching Fall Protection, Scaffold and OSHA 30 classes, Eric has become a safety leader not only to Marr, but to so many AGC members and colleagues. Our association and industry are made better by his dedication and expertise and our projects are safer because of him.”

Congratulations Eric on receiving this prestigious award – it is well-deserved!
