ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER, DANIEL MARR & SON COMPANY
Summary: Daniel Marr & Son Company is seeking a full time Assistant Project Manager, responsible for assisting project manager in preparing and maintaining project documents, attending project meetings, and assisting in the day to day management for several Structural Steel and Misc. Metals projects. Significant opportunity for growth / promotion within the company.
Qualification / Requirements: Educational and experience requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail. Computer competency including Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, Bluebeam, AutoCad preferred.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, MARR SCAFFOLDING COMPANY
Summary: Marr Scaffolding Company is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant, reporting to the President. Requires coordination of meetings, special events, calendar, file maintenance, correspondence, and a wide variety of administrative duties.
Qualification / Requirements: A minimum of three years’ experience in a high visibility, professional position. Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency a must. Familiarity with contracts preferred. Associates degree preferred.
PROJECT COORDINATOR, MARR SCAFFOLDING COMPANY
Summary: Marr Scaffolding Company is seeking a full time Project Coordinator. The position is responsible for coordination of day-to-day assignments of scaffolding installation and dismantle crews with foremen. Provides customer interface including quotes and scheduling jobs. Prepares daily assignment sheets, trucking, captures man-hours for payroll input and billing. Completes and tracks safety letters to customers upon completion of scaffold erection. Qualifications / Requirements: Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Construction industry experience preferred.
EQUIPMENT & FACILITIES OFFICE ASSISTANT, MARR SCAFFOLDING COMPANY
Summary: Marr Scaffolding Company is seeking an Office Assistant within Marr’s Facilities Department. This position entails orderly and timely input, upkeep, recording and filing of all incoming paperwork including vehicle master files, work orders, etc. Responsibilities also include operation of a company vehicle for the purpose of trips to the RMV, body shop, and various other locations.
Qualifications / Requirements: This position requires familiarity with data entry, filing and general office procedures. Clean driving record required. Must be comfortable driving in and around the city of Boston.
SERVICE MANAGER, MARR SCAFFOLDING COMPANY
Summary: Marr Scaffolding Company is seeking a full time professional, committed and detail-oriented person to join our Boston facility for this career opportunity.
Qualifications / Requirements: Strong organizational skills in scheduling both shop and field personnel required. Strong communication skills. Service writing experience preferred. Mechanical knowledge is a must, preferably automotive, knowledge of similar equipment repair and maintenance preferred. Candidate must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Summary: Marr Crane & Rigging is seeking a full-time, professional Inventory Control Specialist. This position is responsible for proper documentation of inbound materials and equipment, as well outbound deliveries. Proper maintenance of accurate recordkeeping of all stored materials and equipment is also required.
Qualifications / Requirements: Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and Microsoft Office knowledge. A high school diploma is required.
