In February 2025, Isaac Blair completed a complex shoring project at 75 Clarendon Street located on the border of Boston’s Back Bay and South End. Leo McCormack, the property’s residential manager, sent the following commendation to Marr Chairman & CEO Dan Marr, highlighting the exceptional work done by our team:

“I’m the manager here at 75 Clarendon Street. The Condominium Trust brought Isaac Blair & Co. in on the recommendation of our engineer to perform the shoring of our garage ramp and the plaza area above the ramp. This area is inside a residential building, and the garage was active—definitely not an easy space to work in.

Your team did an excellent job. They were careful, kept the area clean, and were very conscious of their surroundings, all while completing the work in a timely manner. Moving stock in and out of our low-clearance garage was a special challenge, but they—particularly Josh—did a fantastic job navigating this extremely challenging space. The result was a job where the residents barely noticed the work being done.
